Is this a ninja? I am still concerned, 6 months later. We decided (like half the guild, all the officers, the GL, me) to do the free server xfer when Wraith started to get away from the lag. So we took the gbank and left those who stayed with a guild but an empty gbank. Ninja? I think no, we voted, and anyway the bank has open access (up to 4 stacks per slot, 5 slots).

If a majority of your guild voted, including those who chose not to transfer, then I don't see why it would be considered a ninja situation.
