It pains me to think that I can't quite remember the first thing that got me x_x!Though, everytime I go back to Nagrand after not being there for a long while, it always replenishes my love for the game for some reason. It's just everything about the zone, as you enter from Aldor rise, you're met with overgrown of grass and a beautiful sky, a small path and tons of mobs mostly unique to the area. On the path, it feels very humbling, almost too big for you to comprehend, but as you continue onward, you begin to see the various settlements, Burning Blade, Clan Watch and then the magnificant Telaar. For some reason, I love that feeling of stepping into Nagrand, just enthrals me :3

I'm having the same problem remembering. I know on my alts I fall in love all over again when I play through certain questlines:The Missing DiplomatThe Naladu quest series in the Shanari ruins of HFPThe Princess quest series in ArathiQuests like those always remind me why I love this game.

Eversong...and the music got me first. :D But Nagrand is my absolute favorite place...my huntress likes to go out there and just look at the nether winding through the stars.Winterspring is also the win...but I was hooked from day one anyway.

I can't remember for my 1st character either... I think I was too caught up in figuring the game out and finding the next quest goal to stop and smell the roses much... but my alts I remember. My 1st character was a Rogue, and while in Nagrand I saw an Spriest fly in, MC an ogre, steer it into 2 others, then when MC broke they nuked the MCed one, shielded and proceeded to tear apart the other two. I just thought 'holy crap, I gotta get me some of that'. I also saw an Spriest go solo elite rock giants in Netherstorm, and that sealed the deal for me. Fast forward to about 2 months later and I was soloing the same mobs on my Spriest, and loving it. I recently started my first warlock alt, and at level 18 I soloed the Son of Arugal in Silverpine, a level 20 elite.... I think I cackled maniacally for about an hour afterwards.
