After being caught out in the rain one too many times, pink-haired gnome couple Skittlz and Buzza of Shadow Council have decided to create their own player housing. They cleared out a nest of kobolds in the human starting area and settled themselves in their rocky dwelling. It's unknown if they have a plan for when the previous landlords respawn; however, I suggest they invest in some really good arson insurance. Those kobolds seem to have a thing for candles.
