Custom WoW plushies look adorable

You'd probably have to negotiate with her if you wanted something custom made, since these are definitely not coming off of a factory line. But even if you're willing to pay the money for a doll like this, they do look cool. We don't know what it is about Shamans and their little totems that seems to make them perfect for plushie form, but there must be something there. Somehow, we're not sure a plushie Warrior would cause the same fascination. But hey -- be sure to prove us wrong. If you catch any great WoW crafts around the net that we haven't seen yet, drop us a tip.

can we please keep value judgments out of the titles of articles on a supposedly journalistic website? "...look adorable" come on dude, be better than that
Karilyn Mar 30th 2009 9:28PM
No.
This site is hardly "Journalistic"
And even what is probably the most respected news source in the america, the New York Times, has value judgements in their article titles.
In simple terms. What a stupid complaint to make about this article.
spinninnzen Mar 30th 2009 9:34PM
Funny, I thought it reads WoW Insider News, Analysis and OPINION...
Just because Mike may think it looks adorable doesn't mean we have to...oh wait...his words...overtaking any ability to formulate my own....opinions.....OMG ::GUSH:: THEY ARE CUTE!!!!!!!
come on profglitch be better then that ^_^
profglitch Mar 30th 2009 10:08PM
cool, admit this isn't a journalistic website and everything is okay.
or perhaps as octale likes to call it, "casual scrub insider"
Balius Mar 30th 2009 11:30PM

Dude it's a post about stuffed animals of video game characters on blog. You really care about journalistic standards?
Evelinda Mar 31st 2009 6:06AM
seriously... opinion.
besides, god dammit that thing IS adorable. surely even you cant deny that, mr i-expect-serious-journalism-from-an-opinion-page-about-a-computer-game
sephirah Mar 31st 2009 7:28AM
Hey profglitch, you're a real cool man for loathing cute stuff and writing "casual scrub insider"!
Or are you simply a little insecure kid who has nothing better to do in life than trolling?

On a related note...
I've been wanting to get the J!NX murloc plush doll for a long time now, but it seems to always be out of stock, even when I told it to notify me when it gets back in stock.
Is it gone.....forever?
alpha5099 Mar 30th 2009 11:13PM
Wow, I had missed those somehow. I'm very sad that those are out of stock. I signed up to be notified if they restock, but I will probably wait forever on that one. I want one so bad.
AyaJulia Mar 30th 2009 9:30PM
I'm surprised no one's commented on the price yet. I get that they're handcrafted and custom made and all, but $60 for a plushie? Yikes. I'd pay half that for a custom-made small toy, perhaps. To each his own. :)
Ormal Mar 30th 2009 10:02PM
I'd say that's a pretty good rate, actually. How many hours of work do they put into it, and how much do they pay in raw materials? Besides, look at the detail on the pants and totem. You won't get that detail on a cheap toy.
epicboyz Mar 30th 2009 10:03PM
imagine the price for a hunter WITH their pet... id still get one with my gorilladin lol!
AyaJulia Mar 30th 2009 10:03PM
See, but "cheap" to me is $5, not $30. Like I said, to each his own, I'd just never spend that much.
PeeWee Mar 31st 2009 9:50AM
When mass-produced by children that are paid $8 a day on the production lines of a dusty factory floor in China, you could get away with $5. For a hand-made custom (the key word here is CUSTOM) one? Good luck finding a at this low price anywhere else, but from your mom.
