You aren't the only one who believes in Guild Loyalty even when progression is not happening. I belong to a guild approaching its 2nd full WoW year and yet we still produce excellent players who just have to leave to "gear up" in a "raiding guild". Loyalty is hard to come by and PUGGING for raid epics just stinks sometimes. Either way, I'd rather play with friends who don't yell "FAIL" at every wipe or bail cause they can't be bothered paying for repairs. Give me 10 wipes with my friends and 50g in repairs to kill one boss anyday.
