25-man gear should not be better than 10-man gear

Generally, though, I don't have a problem with 25 man dropping better items, as long as the difficulty in Ulduar is tuned appropriately. I DO think it would be a good idea to make the disparity between 10 and 25 man smaller, say a 7-8 point difference rather than a 13 point difference. That would mean that, to a 10 man raider, 25 man loot would largely be "sidegrades" as opposed to full upgrades, but a 25 man raider would have no reason to go to 10 mans for the extra chance at loot, because theirs would be superior, if only slightly.
