25-man gear should not be better than 10-man gear

Although I think it's a great starting point for a discussion, I tend to think that 25-man content would never get utilized if the reward system were the same. That said, I don't think better gear is the answer, rather more gear (higher drop rate) might be desirable. I happen to like 25-mans as well as if not better than 10-mans, if run well. 25-mans feel more "alive". There are special bosses on some heroics, the same could be done for 25s, an extra wing or after the last boss final encounter... content (lore-appropriate if at all possible) that can only be experienced in a 25-man raid, with additional (not better) rewards (like BOE T8-equivalents).
