25-man gear should not be better than 10-man gear

i think you should get the same gear ilvl for 10 and 25 man content but you should get a precentage more gear in 25 over 10. you only have to run uld 25 man 5 times with your guild as opposed to the 7 times with your 10 man team to get the gear you want/need. the added benefits are there for the greater coordination and challenge, but you have the same gear advantage as someone who cant run the 25 man content.
