I can understand why a hardcore raiding guild might need/pay for a full time GM...but...a pvp guild?Me and my friend have tried starting a pvp guild before...it's not easy. Grinding BGs and working out arena strats is something that can be done alone or by a small group people, a whole guild is not really needed for that sort of thing imo.The purple glue that keeps a normal pve guild together is the promise of phat lootz that u just can't get by any other means than teaming up with 24 other people you barely know (enter the guy who personally knows every single person in his guild).

Agree with you wholeheartedly Lemons. A PVP guild should not be needed for PVP. Think about why they might want this GM. They are PVP idiots. Someone group decided they wanted to be good at PVP and has no idea how to be good and don't want to put any work into it. Thus they offer to pay for someone to do everything for them. If they can get someone to get them proper gear - they will be good right?Yes that was sarcasm, but they may believe that.
