This is fake. FYI a large number of Craigslist ads are fake. As are many monster.com and similar search sites. If the ad is from a recruiter, esp. in the IT business, its likely fake. This is done so the recruiter can get resumes which they can then send to companies looking to fill positions. It does not mean there is a position open then, it means that there may be some day theoretically a position like that opened somewhere in the US. Anyway, TL;DR, stay away from recruiters esp on those job sites mentioned.
