Just to name a quick 10 people/grouns the top of my head.

The Royal Apothocary Society did attack Alliance. In case you didn't notice, they also attacked Horde, and killed countless orcs and OTHER FORSAKEN, not just Humans.

They were traitors to the Horde, the same way that the Scarlet Crusade is considered traitors to the Alliance.
