Scarlet Crusade =/= Royal Apothecary Society

Everyone knows that the Scarlet Crusade is a bunch of lunatics, and simply because they're human doesn't mean they're part of the Alliance. That's totally different then having a organization in your own faction that you assume is totally legit suddenly turn on you.

And simply because certain groups are the same species as the groups in the Alliance doesn't mean it's the Alliance's job to keep them in line. By your logic then the horde has "failed to control":

1. Blackrock Orcs
2. Twilight's Hammer
3. Fel Orcs
4. Grimtotem Tauren
5. Kael' Thas and his blood elves
6. The Illidari (blood elves under Illidan)
6. 95% of Trolls in general
