New race: Goblins. You decide at character creation what faction to align with, but both Horde and Alliance goblins could share the same leveling areas. They'd have ogre mounts, which would be awesome.

New hero class: Tinker. Combines aspects of the Goblin Tinker and Goblin Alchemist hero classes from WC3, so it'd be a DPS/healer hybrid. Probably only available to goblins and gnomes, but maybe one other Horde race.
