in response to new tricks for naxx during the loatheb fight, if you are in desperate need of a heal, and have used your healthstone, a quick death coil will help you survive until you get a heal, i have used this many times when i fought him and i always use it when its most desperatly needed, remember to make sure your your at the healing phase when doing it
