You get saved when you kill a boss, and no, you wouldn't be able to go with your guild unless the Tuesday reset happened between your pug and your guild run. Unless your guild was doing 25-man and your pug was 10-man, or vice-versa. They have separate lockouts. *OR* unless your guild was willing to pick up YOUR save.What you could do, in the latter case, is first go scout and make sure there are still bosses up for your guild to kill. If you left the run midway and the people who stayed finished it without you, tough luck; you're saved to a clear Naxx. Presuming there are still bosses left for your guild to kill, make yourself raid leader and enter Naxx first. Any of your raid group who entered Naxx after you would get saved to your run from the other day.But no, you wouldn't be able to do a fresh run.
