Each 'realm' or server is made up of a completely different grouping of hardware and separate databases. Having some sort of "shared" vendor or bank between multiple servers would be incredibly hard.The easiest way I could think of is that blizzard writes a new "transfer BoA item" webpage that would be able to suck it off one toon and place it in the mailbox of another toon on another server, over the course of a few days.
