At this point I literally have all the weapons from T7 content and I can honestly say:

Mace spec isn't bad or weak... there just aren't any weapons for it in the game right now. There aren't any maces out there that match the stats of the fists/daggers/swords.

If there was a mace set that had the stats/speed of CG and Hailstorm then that would be what combat rogues would be drooling over.
