Mages got 10 wh0le changes.

3 of which were due to the spirit change and have no real effect.
2 are minor nerfs
3 are fixes to existing problems
leaving 2 genuine changes.

Excitement abounds, I almost can't wait!
Patch is boring for the classes of mages and rogues,
but I'll still play them more than the other eight!
And I'm making the Argent Tourney my newst of abodes.
