Patch 3.1 Secrets of Ulduar round up

- Ulduar Mania kicked off with this preview of Ulduar from the official EU community site.
- And then this video!
- You can listen to this song by Summergale and Cranius titled 'Ulduar' while you read this insanely long list!
- To be sure you'll never be lost in Ulduar, we've covered a few sites with maps of the zone.
- Check out an early iteration of the Ulduar achievements. Most of them have remained the same, but note that some of the numbers in the post were placeholders and have since been updated.
- We have write-ups of early iterations of some of the bosses. They were written early on in the PTR's lifetime so I wouldn't go forming a strategy based on them, but it'll certainly give you a feel for the encounters. You can read up on Kologarn, Ignis the Furnace Master, Flame Leviathan, The Iron Council, and Hodir.
- Confused about how the Emblem system will work out in Ulduar? Some of us were, too. Luckily, Vaneras was there to clarify the system.
- If you're the type that loves spoilers, you might want to check out the quests associated with Val'anyr and the raid's many hard modes.
- Speaking of Val'anyr, it looks pretty sweet!
- Matt Low's Raid Rx gets your Healers ready for healing through Ulduar!
- Ready Check, our raiding column, points you in the direction of a great number of other resources for preparing for your first Ulduar raid.
- After all of the PTR testing was complete, one of North America's top raiding guilds, Vodka, released their own preview video of the raid zone, and it's pretty awesome!
- Finally, after months of anticipation, Blizzard finally officially announced the release of Patch 3.1 along with the cinematic trailer to accompany it.
- After all of that, is your guild ready for Ulduar?
Patch 3.1 is live and it takes us into Ulduar, delivers us dual specs, and brings significant changes to all the classes! We've got you covered from top to bottom with our Guide to Patch 3.1 and the official patch notes!Filed under: Patches, Raiding, Wrath of the Lich King

My guild's not ready for Ulduar, we've only started to clear Naxx in the last couple of weeks. I would take a shot at it, but I'm more of a casual person. I think the greatest part of this patch will be Dual Spec and Argent Tournament. I'm guessing the price of Rune Cloth will go down.

I can't wait. My guild has been clearing Naxx 10 for about 2 months. I think it's going to be difficult for us, but we're looking forward to the challenge.
I'm just excited to be able and ready to participate in the next level of content the day it comes out. Even if you don't feel like you're ready just yet, you're only a couple of good runs in Naxx to be ready (assuming you have some gear from there already). That's the beauty of this expansion.
I never had a shot at reaching Illidan or Kil'Jaeden from the day it was released - unless I switched guilds. Feeling excited about putting up the guild's first Ulduar run for this week is awesome.

For me, its Dual Spec and Argent Tournament. I am no where near geared enough to do Ulduar. But the rest of my guild is. I won't be suprised when I log on tonight to see my guild already there.

If your guild can't do 25 EoE then they have no business in Ulduar.

Given Bliz's track record, I doubt there will be any logging in tonight. :P

My guild has done everything including EoE 25 on Heroic mode. The all have the "Champion of the Frozen Wastes" title. I am just far behind as far as gearing is concered. The only thing that I have over my guild is the "Loremaster of Northrend" acheivement.
