Actually, things being unpredictable AND Blizzard acknowledging it is a sign of them having real smart people in charge of that, instead of PR people. Bugs with any programs can take a while to flush out from my experience, and that's only on small programs on my computer. I can't imagine what goes into keeping the WoW servers running smoothly, especially on patches.
