Lulz at people complaining up there about blizzard techs. I know the guy running the IT at the hospital in my city, in Canada, and the network went down one day and it took him 13 hours of constant work to get it back up. This is simply a network between the whole of what, 200 workstations in the place, and a baby/crazy folk tracking system. Imagine the shit people have to go through when you are dealing with servers on the scale that blizzard needs to offer with 99% uptime.
