Do you have any unusual, beautiful or interesting World of Warcraft images that are just collecting dust in your screenshots folder? We'd love to see them on Around Azeroth! Sharing your screenshot is as simple as e-mailing aroundazeroth@wow.com with a copy of your shot and a brief explanation of the scene. You could be featured here next!
Remember to include your player name, server and/or guild if you want it mentioned. Please include the word "Azeroth" in your post so it does not get swept into the spam bin. We strongly prefer full screen shots without the UI showing -- use alt-Z to remove it. Please, no more battleground scoreboards, double-mounts, or pictures of the Ninja Turtles in Dalaran.

well the others probly didn't get any loot because they don't dance and as they don't dance they ain't no friends of mine (wonder how many times the safety dance played for them

Everybody knows you can 2 man this, but this is asituation where you just wipe the raid and start over. How are your players going to learn the fight if two players practice it for an hour and the rest go bio. I sure hope this was a pug because there is no sense of guild progression here. Although this is a fail guild anyway if 23 players die. Especially since all classes can take muliple hits. If 2 players went into this by themselves and did it I might be impressed, but the fact that 25 went in and 2 finished it is an embarrasment.

I don't believe anyone was bragging about it - I believe the column is more about cool screenshots than being able to do / not do something. Also, I believe it stated that this was 10 man - nowhere does it say 25, so it looks like you are part of a "fail" english class with no sense of literacy progression.
Luckily not everyone (if in fact anyone) cares what your opinion is on the state of people's guilds or players.

Anyway, I still can't get any Heigan achievement. People just keep dying, even though I always spend two whole minutes reminding everyone just how the dance works.

10 man? Did it on heroic after 23 of the 25 noobs died around 50%. Took a little over 35 minutes and even longer to criticize the raid afterwards.

I remember doing this to, it took my tank (me the healer) 37 minutes to down him since I helped DPS (shammy)

This is so common. 2 of the last 3 times Ive run Naxx 10, it was me and the healer (I'm a tank) finishing off 50%+ of Heigan.
I don't get it. Quite possibly the easiest raid boss in the game, and people can't do a simple walking pattern.

Almost the same happened to me in a Naxx10, only 3 left but 1tank+1heal is totally doable - it's just a matter of time.

Haha, nice. We did something similar last week with a healer, a tank and one dps left. Although it only took twenty minutes to down him. Fun times.

I swear this fight is like riding a bike or something........
it always takes people quite awhile to "get it" - but once you have it, you'll always have it.
Something just clicks and it becomes easy
Truly epic to 2-man finish! A wipe is not an option!

Its an easy fight, which is made easier when you know a little something about game mechanics....
Jumping is the devil!
It was recently brought to my attention on a death knight artical about how you can cast death grip while moving, but not while jumping, and with some testing, the realised that when you jump from 1 location to another, your "actual" location, IE if an aoe spell is going to hit you, you need to be here, is where you took off from, not your position in the air, untill you land. So moving this forwards to the saftey dance...
If you are running from 1 area to the next, and you JUMP the last part, *an instinctive manouver for most* and the splash goes off with you in mid air, youle get hit! so FIRST thing for people who keep ding, DONT jump, unbind that spacebar if you have to, and macro it to "/yell I shouldnt jump during a safety dance"!!
Second shortfall - People run WITH the pack of people they can see, but due to lag, this is actualy behind people. you cant simpley wing this fight and do as the others do, you need to know it, and run AHEAD of the pack that is running, ensuring you in the right place is the only way to do it!

Why dance? I really don't get it. Easiest way to do the fight is have everyone stand in the platform for phase 1.Just make sure ranged stand in the opposite corner so that they don't get the debuff. During Phase 2 just group up hugging a wall and heal through it. Easiest fight ever!

Oooh, I even have a screenshot of recount, with me at the end of a 30+ minute long heigan dance, and having not been hit by Eruption a single time.

We had something similar happen on our first 10-man 4H. After I switched to tanking the back two, the rest of the raid up front died from Rivendare's Mark shortly after they brought him down. With just myself (prot warrior), a resto druid, and a blood DK in the back, the druid b-rezzed our resto shammy and the four of us proceeded to take 18 minutes to bring the last two horsemen down.
