Sorry guys, but after so long I expect better of Blizzard.
Good for you guys that you're happy to endure patch hell again, but the rest of us are left scratching our heads in wonderment that they could manage to once again screw up a patch.
Of course we all expect they'll figure it out in the end, what's the alternative after all, but this isn't exactly their first patch.

Believe it or not, but sending out new versions of software with major changes to millions of players, and having them log into the same servers at the same time, is going to cause lots of problems no matter what you do.
No matter how many patches they do, or how good they get at them, there's always going to be unexpected bugs, technical glitches, queues, server crashes due to high traffic, and so on.
If you think otherwise, you probably don't understand how this stuff really works.
