You can't generalise like that and say that it's not worth paying. Are you on a very populated realm? Well, then I am sorry, things will go a bit more sucky. On my server, with medium population, everything went without any problem. The whatever-you-call-him boss in Ulduar was bugged, okay, crap happens. But that was it. There are other people, not only raiders, and they had a hoot last night. I got my lovely dual spec, did the tournament stuff, fishing daily, etc. It was fun! So well worth my 12euro or whatever.

If you don't like it, go see a movie, it will probably cost you more than a whole month of WoW for the three hours you spend there.
