PCGA is a joke, just an excuse to get easy money out of companies. And the big three quoted there, Microsoft, nVidia and Intel. Microsoft is pretty much out of PC gaming, although still has DirectX and Windows, and the other two make hardware. So not much in terms of developers and publishers.
