I'm a Druid who's been LW/Skin since Day 1, so I might be speaking out of turn, but didn't Engineering just get a couple of DPS items taken off the GCD and put on their own cooldown? Wouldn't casting those every time they come up add some sort of DPS benefit that you're not mentioning?
