New 5-man instance confirmed for future patch
There is some much welcomed news on the five player dungeon front tonight. Zarhym has confirmed that there will be a new five player dungeon in an upcoming patch. That dungeon, according to Zarhym, will be comparable to Magister's Terrace. No other information is provided on it, other than the promise for a preview when it's ready.
Magister's Terrace was released in Patch 2.4 and contained higher-than-normal item level equipment and weapons for players. Many people felt that Magsiter's Terrace was also the hardest 5-man dungeon introduced into the game at the time.
While there is no indication that this dungeon will be released with patch 3.2, I don't think it's a wild assumption to make. Blizzard has previously indicated a future patch will also contain a new battleground.

Kael'thas risen as a shade (same as Arugal) in BElf form (and gald of that because he was always vain) by Arthas for his own amusement and is leader of the The San'layn (who have been given the power to drain life for sustenance place of magic)
notice all the San'layn have the title 'Prince' and from a certain PoV there's only one person who could confer such a title on a BElf and we already know he labeled himself 'King'...
unlikely but its fun to draw up a truly worthy hypothesis :)
imo the 3.2 patch will bring, as i've said before, an Nerubian raid and fully underground zone where we will assit the non-undead Nerubians against the Scourge ones therefore further weakening the Lich Kings forces before going on to Icecrown, the non-undead Nerubians may be a new faction (with epic gems and hopefully Flasks from raid drops ala TBC) and/or possibly Baelgun Flamebeard and the remnants of Muradin Bronzebeards expedition from WC3.
the 5 man may be here or elsewhere
basically an underground QD is what i expect.
the Nerubians are under used even in their own instances atm and what exists so far doesnt tally up with what Blizzard said they wanted to do with them in WotLK.
Deathwing, Grim Batol and Gilneas are, imo, all material for the next expansion not this one.

Anyone else notice Zarhym commented in the PLURAL?

I have pugged naxx 25 at least 15 times, out of those times only about 5 have been utter failures, 15 have been complete success stories with us clearing naxx in 3-4 hours and the others took maybe an extra day but we eventually cleared. Hell ive even been in some amazing 25 man ulduar pugs lately and we had gotten down ignus, razorscale and deconstructor imho everyone complaining need to Try harder.

I want it to be the 10 man Sarth 3d of 5-mans. Hell, make it the Algalon of heroic dungeons. That would be cool.

As much as I think another leve 80 instance is needed (the idea of normal being heroic levels and its heroic being much harder has its appeal :)) I really would like to see another lower level instance.
Honestly, I would be so happy if they came out and said a new level 28-33 instance is on the way. I mean, look at old world content right now. We're two expansions in and what has changed? Yes they made leveling from 1-70 faster by giving more exp and giving us the 10% bonus from the BoA shoulders, but overall it just feels like "We're not changing it for anyone, now level to 70 so you can buy WotLK".
I do like the suggestion of a taren instance. Or even a corrupted furbog instance.
Oooh! Oooh! An instance full of murlocs! I love those little guys.

Hogger really needs his own 5+ man by now.
Deaths By Hogger is already a stat, COME ON.
Seriously: I'm all for a new 5-man. I work third shift and as a result, have nearly NO opportunities to raid ('cos no-one's pugging Naxx at 8 am, folks). A nice lore-filled 5-man works for me.

I see no reason to think it would be anything other than Northrend related, probably lore-related, either involving AN/OK and Icecrown Citadel, the three or four remaining portals underneath Wyrmrest where OS is, or something else in Northrend that already has the groundwork laid for it but is currently inaccessible. As cool as it would be to see new Old World stuff, Blizz has a story to tell in Northrend and they haven't finished that yet, so everything before the new expansion will likely relate to that, unless it's something along the lines of CoT-style OW history active tourism.

I think there will be a normal mode, that will reward current level heroic gear, then there will be a Heroic mode, that will reward current level raiding gear (naxx)

Ok, everyone please stop hoping for an Arthas 5man, it’s not going to happen
#2 why can’t raiders have a 5man of their own? I have a 25nax geared tankadin and I am waiting for a 5man instance where I can get my full mana pool back from heals, I find it quite annoying using SoW every fight when I could be using SoC or SoR, its very annoying, and during the week while us raiders are saved, we have something to do, also, emblems of heroism are useless to the common raider, they should make a series of 5mans that drop Emblems of [something] so common raiders will have things to run and gear to get to prepare for say Ulduar 25 if you’re stuck at 10, I’m just saying, give us raiders a 5man, and if you really want to raid but your work schedule is not compatible with your raids, xfer to a oceanic or a different time zone and stop complaining. If you like your guild enough to not raid, then stay.

And probably with a lot of lag -.-.
If you really want to experience the patch I guess we better wait for an hour or so.

Be prepared for a very long read, possible dungeons/raids they should make.. or could.. (replayed TFT campaign and came up with some more ideas)
With CoT - 1) Aiding Arthas during his stroll through the ancient kingdom of Azjol-Nerub, hear me out on this one, you could in the beginning meet up with Anub-Arak and then fight your way through the kingdom and then meet up with Arthas, in which you help him get to the exit and into Icecrown. This could bring back like the city feel that some of us loved about BRD, and bring in a lot of new things.
2) One thing that people have also always have asked about on these sort of threads are more Tauren dungeons, actually a Tauren dungeon period. They could make a tauren CoT dungeon that relates to when Thrall meets Cairne Bloodhoof and they gotta defend the Kodo's from Centaur attacks as Thrall goes to meet Medivh, for me that was one of the most fun quests in WC3, and would bring joy to most people to see some Cairne pwnage.
3) As a lot of people have said.. The Fall of Gnomeregan, unfortuneately i like the little buggers, but tbh it had to happen.
4) I thought about this a little and maybe there could be a raid dungeon or just normal dungeon that requires us to team up with Sylvanas and Varimathras in taking out the other Nathrezim, this could be extended to include Lord Garithos and killing the last Nathrezim brother (Balnazzar). Just an idea.
5) One of my personal favourites, which i hopefully think nobody would deny is when Warden Maiev Shadowsong, is guarding Illidan for like some couple thousands of years, AND a bunch of other nasties in her own prison, and then the tiger lady, whos name i forgot, comes and breaks him out (illidan), this would be a night elf themed dungeon and would be a excellent addition, there would be a lot to include with this such as the Druids of the Claw etc, but bosses could be minions in the Barrow Den and some powerful imprisoned ppl, idk would need some tweaks.
And enough of Caverns of Time because the ideas could just last forever.. and as i seem to be aswell i'll try to wrap up. Other dungeons could be.
1) A new dungeon in Stonetalon Mountains that requires us to take out a Harpy threat in The Charred Vale, (predominantly tauren dungeon), could include some more centaurs, hehe.
2) Timbermaw Hold dungeon in Azshara, idk about it, alot of people suggested it, and i sort can grasp the idea, but i don't like the idea of killing my favourite fluffy bears, i farmed too long to get exalted with em.. but it could be to involve the Emerald Dream
3) A gnoll dungeon in Redridge Mountains, its what i best remember the region for, could be expanded. Would give low levels more variety i guess.
4) Felwood is usually one of the low rated regions that has barely any purpose or any use besides the Timbermaw furblogs and a bit of cenarion rep, maybe introduce a night-elf themed like dungeon, could be called the cleansing of Felwood, where there would be those bog lurker fungus things (the ones that look like Loatheb), and includes killing some Satyrs, idk but this could be expanded.
5) A naga shrine in Azshara, could be like a build up to Maelstrom expansion (which we assume will be the next one) that could include you fighting against the naga and the makura (crab people).
6) Akkaroa type dungeon in Outland, could be put in Skettis?
7) Expansion of the troll empire in Hinterlands, pretty much like making a new ZA but not a raid, a 5-man Jintha'Alor type of thing. (but seriously i know enough about trolls)
other possiblilties are Uldum, Gilneas, Grim Batol.
Most of those are my ideas that i haven't read or heard of anywhere else but still a lot of them are from ones i have read and had to include.
If you actually bothered to read all of that, thanks.. and well i just hope this will be picked up on :) .
