Breakfast Topic: Which class are you in real life?

The cool thing is, I think that a lot of people fit into certain class archetypes, even without any of the abilities or spells. A priest at church would quite obviously be a Priest, while athlete fighters would probably be Warriors. Your uncle who goes off deer hunting in the Fall just might be a Marksmanship Hunter. With or without class skills and abilities, I'm sure we all have a class we sort of identify with, or whose powers we wished we possessed. You can even think of it as the WoW player's version of HEROES, choosing a class because of their powers.
Myself, I'd probably stick by the Paladin. Being able to cure diseases and heal the sick would be a great thing, while still being able to lay the smackdown on baddies. Of course, when things get hairy, I'd love to be able to put up an invincible force field and... go home. How about you? You can use this Shared Topic to write your own blog post, but at the same time we'd love to hear your ideas on which class you'd be in real life.

Hunter!
Either that or a Druid, because it would be amazing to shape-shift.
But really, I'm an "animal person" and love all sorts; I like the idea of an intimate understanding with an animal companion that travels by my side, not because I forced them to, but because *they* want too. Also, I'm interested in archery and the aspects of "survival" that comes with traversing the wilds.
Besides, being outside in nature camping/traveling/etc almsot 24/7 appeals to me.

BM Hunter. It would just feel natural lore-wise, 'cuz hunters tend to be loners/solo players. Wouldnt need anyone but my stable of pets and mabe a couple of good friends to have a good time. ^_^ "cheeta get beer, monkey get funky"

Either a shaman or a shadow priest, which are my 2 favorite toons to play.

I gotta gow ith warlock, it's the class i play most and, sorta suits my sense of humour. :)
Realistically though, considering the fact my home is full to the brim with swords, axes and polearms i guess i'd have to go for a titan's grip Fury Warrior. Which sorta suits other aspects of my personality i suppose.

lol Zach bringing sexyback to wowinsider? :p
I would be the class I play in game, rogue...I like the idea of stealthing around (no hollow-man perv scene) and being sneaky. One of the reasons I chose the class. I think a lot of players who still play their original main like me chose a class to reflect their own tastes. Less so of more experienced MMO players or people who play multiple classes.

In WoW I'm a hunter but rly...why make my RL look like a class?? I don't shoot with arrows in RL or shoot fireballs out of my palm...
Naaah in RL I'm just me, myself and I! :-)
rosencratz Apr 23rd 2009 8:29AM
I'm pretty sure no one shoots fire out of their palms but yur missing the point i fear. It is not a literal comparison. THink outside of the box.
Mage - could mean your an intelligent strategist
Warlock - Could mean your manipulative , cruel or just sadistic or so.
Warriors - Could be generally fit or a hardy type of folk.
Rogue - Sneaky, wilely, athletic, agile
Hunter - Could be someone who gets on well with animals, likes tracking things down at any cost, etc.
Druid - Likes to commune with nature.
Etc, etc. There ar emore possibilities, to say you can't find anything in common with any of these simply means your not trying but we already know you have time enough to post comments so... you have time enough to use your imagination :P

Rogue. Just because I am a rogue as a person and have always been, can't cure it. The play style of the Wow rogue is the one that fits me the most, so does the role. X D And it's not that I won't try/can't play other classes or don't welcome change, I have a 68 War, 57 pala, 80 DK, also tried all others.
Having a blast as a protadin, still that doesn't change the fact that in terms of role and play style the rogue is the one tailored for me personally.
Jillemixie Apr 23rd 2009 9:03AM
I play a rogue too, it's just...
I like to... um....
BURN!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHAH.
Sorry.

None of the classes available in WOW matches what I'd like to be , just combine the best bits of each class and you're about near what I'd like.
