Obviously the information they're seeing is warranting these changes. Blizzard wants all the raids to be accessed by most of the raiding population. If they make a raid instance too difficult then it's against their design philosophy. If you've cleared it before nerfs, good for you, congratulations (and I mean it). But don't get your panties in a bunch because Blizzard has decided that an encounter that was tested by some of the best players in the world using items that bring them up to Blizzard's expectations for gear turned out a little too difficult for the majority of the population.
