Noblegarden has begun!

It's 12:01 AM Pacific, which means that Noblegarden should now be live on all North American realms. Despite the fact that it's the middle of the night, people are absolutely packed into the starting zones on my home realm, so don't expect things will be easy just because it's late!Keep an eye on WoW Insider throughout the day, because we're going to be covering the holiday as much as we can. Our own Allison Robert started that already yesterday evening with a special edition of The Overachiever, covering the achievements of Noblegarden. She also has a basic FAQ of the holiday up, should you need it.
A note to all of you bloggers out there, I plan to do a Noblegarden-themed special edition of The Daily Quest today as well. If you've written about the holiday and think our readers may be interested in what you have to say, send your link our way and we'll take a look!

AND we're screwed again.. I'm many times one to defend Blizz for their customer service, but this is getting tiring. Noblegarden starts, and within 10 minutes, disconnect and cannot log back in... sigh, it's gettin old.

And thirty minutes after it begins, I cannot log into any Roleplaying server. PvP servers and normal servers are fine, just not any of the servers I have characters on. I even got some rabbit ears on my ten-minute PvP server alt.

Just ran around as a rabbit for 30 minutes in Goldshire. At first it was no contest, only a couple people, but towards the end it got very competitive.
But that was part of the fun!
I didn't hear anyone complaining about disconnects.

People are camping the egg spots on my realm. Bunch of lousy low life cheats.

A couple? You're lucky. On my realm, every egg spot in every town has 3-5 people standing on it. This is from about 2 hours before prime-time until now (which is right in the middle).. hoping the kids have to go to bed later, and the raiders have to raid.. *fingers crossed*

I dream of the day Blizzard will find it in them to make a live event that doesn't require players to camp spawn points for a gazillion tokens in order to buy a couple of items. It's just lazy game design at this point.

Too many people and not enough eggs - it's going to happen. Stop bitching and just find your own spot. They fucked up and there's nothing you can do.
When it dies down a bit, head to Dolanaar or Azuremyst and go nuts. At about 9-10pm on my realm, Dolanaar went pretty quiet and my gf and I did laps (in the opposite direction) and got over 100 each in roughly 45min.
ps. just finished the whole event while typing this :D

Boooring as most seasonnal things.
Not doing the achievements on my druid (I don't care about protodrake - and more generally about achievements), only going for the rabbit and that's all.
It's funny to see so many druids running around a house, it looks a lot like arenas.

Yea...every single spawn spot is camped on my server and most people are sitting on a kodo to cover it up til it respawns. and when i do manage to get the egg before they do i get spit on.

Same on my server, every spawn point in every town is being camped, newcomers to the achievement have no chance of getting a spot and people are parking their mammoths and kodos over the top of the spawns. Blizzard really messed up by putting the eggs only in the towns and not throughout the whole zone. It's not an egghunt if you're sitting in one spot for hours on end.

heads up for people trying to use the Spring Flowers for the achievement shake ur bunny maker:
once someone does it to a female over 18+ the female gets a debuff on them for 2 mins that wont allow anyone else to get credit for tagging them with the flowers but still burning the 5 min cd on the flowers.
just thought id mention it here, havnt seen a mention of it yet

Yeah - that's kinda irritating. It'shard enough to find a female orc without then having to wait for that cooldown to runout and then quickly put the buff on before everyone else....

Was online when the event hit. Starting spots got hit hard but they weren't to bad.

well i started at 2:30 no competiton for around 30 minutes, its 5:00 and i am two easy achivments from my title, even got the tux and dress ones, the halloween title was way harder, anyway
