you don't give a King shit, he won't take it, he's the fecking King.
this isn't some elected official who has to be diplomatic.
this is a fuedal (and absolute) monarch.
and a feudal monarch is above everything else a warrior.
he may very well just throw you out a window.

some people have very weird ideas about royalty.
one too many 'renaissance fairs' i'm guessing.
