Actually, for 'Sundays Finest' .. you have to loot the tuxedo pants and shirt both from eggs to receive the achievement. You can't buy them with chocolates. Same goes for the elegant dress. They only have those available for the sake of the kissing achievement, where you wear the tux and kiss someone in a dress.

It's true that you need to loot them, but you DON'T need those for the meta achievement.
