Actually go into south road in azuremyst , there is 12 egg locations you camp, I got about 200 eggs in under hour after the event started. Though at that time eggs spawned lot faster because there was so many people farming them.

you've missed the true cunningness. He actually farms them in Dolenaar, he just wanted to send a few people out to Azure Watch to get them out of his way.
