Blizzard makes mistakes, everyone makes mistakes.

Bottom line is that he knew it was wrong, abused, it, didn't report it. Basically what he did was akin to taking the ToS (Which i doubt he ever read) And put them through a paper shredder after writing " F U" all over it.
