Damn, you beat me to it JTD.Wait, does that mean if the Devs use Martin Fury (or any dev item) on one of their normal toons that their accounts are supposed to be Perma-banned? Or, in following their own example, ALL the devs that are online at the time get their accounts banned. Oh, how the evil gears begin to turn....

No, because that's why Martin Fury exists, its a tool for developer's toons. So a developer's toon having the item would be perfectly legit, though I don't think they will be using it in the arenas and BGs out of fairness. And besides, they will be using pre-made toons, not their 'personal non-work related toons'.

I was told by a developer at Blizzcon that martin's fury was used by QA to test droprate quests and that's it.
