How he could get banned for a mistake BLIZZARD MADE is beyond me. Taking away achievements after the fact? Sure. Going back through his logs and removing any gold/epics he gained from the mistake? Sure. But a ban? Really poor form IMO. That's like a gamestop taking you to court because the brand new Killzone 2 you purchased accidentally had a used sticker on it.

No...its more like if your ATM messed up and gave you $100 instead or $10. Guess what, if you keep it and use it...you're the crook. That's right, its illeagal. And not reading the EULA is no excuse for not knowing you shouldn't use what is an obvious exploit...even if they sent it to you.

What really sucks is Terms of Service(for any and many products), or for Blizzard case, the Terms of Use.
Go take a look at what we accept, every time we click Accept after server restarts/patch day, in order to play. Funny eh? If we don't accept, the game doesn't work.
We pay to play with Blizzards Toy, they own everything and can ban you "with or without reason." When i read that a long time ago, a rage came over me where i could just punch a baby in the face...

We can all agree that most would have used it is some manor or another even to see if it real. Level 5 boars or maybe an outlands world boss but not Ulduar 25. What draws the line between experimenting and exploiting is after boss 1 in 10 man and seeing it work is them going to 13 more bosses and getting kills in 25 man content. That's not a Blizzard "We are sorry gift" and anyone who has played long enough to get to Ulduar content and be a GM/raid leader should know is not something Blizz would do. He deserves the perma for the extra 13 kills, maybe not the 1st kill, but the repeated use without even flinching is pure exploiting, period.
