Blizzard needs to take some of the responsiblity here. They should know what curiousity an item of such power would draw, hell isn't that what the Lich King is all about "Arthus and his Frostmourne" All ill gotten gains should be removed and a temporary ban at most. "If" this was his first offense. This is meaning that if he has no history of useing bots or wintrading and the like then realy it should not have come to more than a slap on the wrist.
