for me it is more that he used the item to get some first achievements on the server i don't personal care about the achievement firsts or any achievement for that matter. But i do know that there are people who work hard and spend a lot of there free time trying to get to the point where they can get the First Achievements, and personally its not fare to them to loose there chance at it when some one who might not be close to it himself gets and uses an item that lets him walk throw the fights, essentially robing the other people who worked for it. If it were not for the First achievements i would say take the item and do a temporary freeze on his account.
