I would have put it on and headed straitght for the BG! I'm a clothie and for at least a little while I would have had some fun in AV!They didn't break the EULA..they didn't do anything any number of us wouldn't have done. Blizzard should not have banned anyones account for them taking advantage of BLIZZ"S mistake. Rather..they(Blizz) should have restored the accounts of anyone who participated/benefited from the THIER mistake to 1 day prior to when the item was sent to Leroy. Of course this would have also effected any thing that those participating/benfiting toons had done or achieved on thier own (quests, achivements, hks, items, gold, etc,.) just like a REWIND button or a DO OVER type thing. This would have been sufficient punishment and also a way of Blizz owning up to thier part in this. A restore to your orginal state YES....a perma ban NOThats what I call fair. Of course because this was the fair(read right) thing it also means that it would be the hard thing..so rather than Blizz doing the right thing they did the easy (read wrong) thing.
