/cast beserking(racial)
/cast Icy Veins
/cast Arcane Power
/use slot(14, or depending on where your SP trinket is)
/use Mana Gem (if you have the t7 bonus, i highly recommend it).
and of course any other speed enhancing, crit enhancing, or damage enhancing spell.

Depending on your health you can reduce you arcane blast to 1.5 seconds in some cases, sometimes even more. And if your crit chance and SP are good enough, you will occasionally find yourself chain-critting for 10k on some unsuspecting enemy.

Usually when I pop this macro I just burn up on the arcane blast stacks, even if they are at 3 and are costing me 1k mana a pop, it is worth it, especially in 2v2 arena. Keep doing arcane blasts until you get an missile barrage, then finish the deal and send them packing. (I have found myself doing 4.5k chain crits with 3ab stacks, and arcane power, plus the CRAZY speed of icy veins and beserking.)
