I feel those new to PvP coming into BGs for Hard Knocks will likely never return to PvP again just due to the sheer anger and hate spewed in /bg right now. Really, it's some downright toxic stuff on Ruin right now.

The dedicated PvPers don't understand that these "PvE nubs" horning in on their turf would really RATHER NOT BE THERE themselves. After I finally finished my final part (AV tower cap. . ugh), I was ready to finish the BG only to see complaining. I couldn't take it anymore, finally giving in to the hatemongers and blasted back at them. I told this chap essentially "FFS, we all knew this was coming and no one's happy on either end, so just shut up already!"

I then stopped in my tracks, informed them I'd finished my achievement anyway, and left. I was fully wanting to finish the damn AV, but I just couldn't take those angry little turds anymore.

And I'm someone acclimated to normal /bg garbage. I can only imagine the impressions of people entirely new to BGs. . .
