Holidays always seem to bring out the worst in people. Sure, there's nice stories of cooperation between factions. But for every one of those, you get the people who sit on egg spawns with mammoths, price gouge achievement-related items on the AH, grief for BG-related achievements, mooch off other people's summons for the Horseman (everyone who did Hallows End and had to pug the HH had at least one group where one person snuck in having already used their daily summon). People QQ and QQ about the QQ.
Maybe it's my incurable cynicism rearing its ugly head again, but this any the achievement system in general just feels like another excuse for people to be dicks to each other, as if we needed it on this game. This is why we can't have nice things.
