I will have to disagree about Alterac Valley on our battlegroup (Bloodlust). Because of that particular "mechanic" we had, within minutes, captured all 4 towers—something that would not have happened before this achievement—that by the time we reached Drek, he was ready to be killed and only a few seconds shy of the 6-minute AV achievement.Compare that to the "All rush Drek, no stopping" idiocy before that, while the opposing forces would STILL capture towers as a matter of course. Even with all the whingers and whiners screaming at the top of their raid chat lungs "Let them win!" or "We've lost this one... Alliance sucks at PvP" it would be followed literally seconds later by a message that we actually won (leading me to believe that these asshats only say so because of their own poor performance and their personal experiences of being repeatedly killed). In fact, a lot of us keep feeling that these AV fights were going on too quickly... and that we were winning too quickly. "C'mon, horde... recap the tower!" they'd cry. But on the whole, this achievement, with all their little orphans in tow, actually made us play perfect games against the Horde's perfect game more consistently. Yes, we would win with only 200 reinforcements left, but that's the whole point—for the first time, it didn't seem like the entire battleground was skewed towards a faction... and all because of these little orphans. And, personally, it made WG, AB and even EotS winnable consistently not only for me (who would PvP anyway for fun) but also for my guildies who have never even gone to a BG, but who have experience taking direction from a raid leader and thinking on their feet. "I need 2 people guarding LM... the rest feign an attack at farm while we attack GM in force... and it's [name of player]'s turn to cap. Orphans out! Okay, take stables and let them get back GM"—a perfect game!Yes, I disagree... but I can understand why some PvP-only oriented players would find it a... hindrance.

And Warsong, by golly! At last, we don't have heedless fools rushing to other flagroom, leaving our flag undefended except by one hunter (who is easily disposed of by a group of 10 horde) while they are hindered by the last 5 defending their flagroom. Nooooooo... this time, we actually HAD people on defense and those who (after getting the achievement) already warming up to cap the other flag.In EotS, as long as people understand that everyone has a go at it, we have actually gone off with more than enough 2000 to 0 wins to give all of us THAT achievement.
