Hello she's way more uber that any of us are, her enchanting is probably 9000 or something. If she wants to enchant a pocket watch she can darn well enchant a pocket watch.

It's a repeatable "quest" to turn in watches to Chromie for a thing to weaken the lich in Andorhal (at least for the alliance).
