I think Hard Modes are one of the best ideas Blizzard's had since, well, ever. I won't deny that I'm a casual raider (Nor do I think "casual" is an insult), and hard modes solve the problem that vanilla WoW and BC had, which is that only the top tier guilds would ever be able to see the endgame content.Hard modes allow the less hardcore of us to still see that fantastic content, while still providing a hefty challenge for those so inclined, and improved loot for them. The hardcore players (Or, should I say, the elitists) can get their pants in a bunch all they want over how they aren't in a super secret club anymore, but at the end of the day we all pay the same amount of money every month, and I think it's reasonable to expect to be able to experience the best the game has to offer.
