Having fun with the Patron/Matron titles

There's some fun to be had out there with everyone's new Patron and Matron titles. And by fun I clearly mean instituting a level of confusion and raised eyebrows that only a transformative romp through the wilds of Storms Peaks can give you.First, you want to get your title from Children's Week. And with the exception of School of Hard Knocks the title shouldn't be hard to get.
Secondly, display the title and fly out to Brunnhildar Village. You want to head towards the area where you change forms into a Hyldnir Frost Vrykul. You know, the big blue women.
As you form goes "poof," so will your title. If you were a man and are now a woman, you gain the Matron title. Don't you feel special now? Of course as soon as you fly out from the area and shapeshift automagically back to your original form, your title will change back as well.
There are reports in which people have experienced similar behavior being sheeped in PvP. Apparently all sheep are male? Who knows...
Have fun with this, but not too much fun.

Brunnhildar Village: where men are women, druids swim in the air, ore is gathered by staring at it, and all the children are above-average and blue.

Drinking enough Pygmy Oil to turn you into a pygmy chick will also cause the title to change :D

Iron boot flask does the same for female toons.

The Pygmyfied buff actually changes your character's sex, regardless of what you started as - boys become girls and girls become boys. One of my guildies was having ridiculously silly amounts of fun with it in Dalaran the other day.

Also, as a male holy priest, when I die and become the spirit of redemption, it changes my title to matron for a moment.

I was the first in our guild to notice this, but couldn't work it out at first. I wiped in a pug on emalon, and changed to matron. Then I wiped in Ulduar and no change. Later I went back to Emalon 10 man, and again, matron Wyred. It was only as I looked at the female face of my spirit of redemption that I finally clicked that it wasn't the instance that was doing it, it was the spec I was using.

All good fun, but it is annoying that if you have a "Patron" selected while entering the village, or "Matron" when leaving it, the title resets to the default one (in my case "of Orgrimmar") rather than the opposite sex counterpart.
Something that feels borderline-buggy to me.

As a Female Pally, when you're fighting the last boss in Spider wing and get webbed to the wall my Matron changes to Patron until I'm freed.

If all sheep are male, then does this slightly alter the meaning of all those jokes about the dwarves and their sheep?
What about the rams? If rams aren't male sheep (because sheep are male) than what are rams? Female sheep with... masculine horns?

If you are female and put on the Murloc Costume from BlizzCon, you become a male and switch to having the 'Patron' title until you switch back.

Going to Netherwing ledge and already working on the dailies there will change you to male.

I'm a male priest and when I go into Spirit of Redemption form, it also changes my title. Also have a friend who plays a female gnome and when she goes fishing in Dalaran (and throws back a Underbelly Elixir to turn into a Tuskar) it also changes her title.
