"I hope you have a tasty hat. ;-)Did you think, perhaps, that maybe the Red/Blue of the Mt. Dew flavours is for Alliance/Horde marketing? The action/flavour text of the battle bots indicate a choice of fuels."The red/blue Horde/Alliance theme has been used for a lot of things. They add in Horde/Alliance separately themed items almost every content patch.People are drawing these parallels because of colors. Obviously the drinks are themed after Horde and Alliance, just like a ton of other out-of-game merchandise and in-game stuff. We have no clue what the battle bots are in for.I put up the idea before that it could be for Darkmoon Faire, that already has steam tonk battles. You get the Battle Bot from a vendor, and then get a "Battle Fuel" based on your faction to fight against other Battle Bots. Notice that there's a new Darkmoon Faire achievement tab with nothing in it... they're obviously planning more content for it! That theory seems every bit as valid as a Mountain Dew cross-promotion, and more likely given how Blizzard KNOWS the player reaction to in-game advertising would be.
