Nope, just empty pavement at both locations. It's been a constant bug on our server for quite some time. The battle starts, the portal closes and you have to fly the rest of the way - if the attackers are glitching through the walls, the battle is over before you can get there.

The server also likes to flip control to the Alliance after a Horde victory (which turns the keep into a death trap for the victorious Horde defenders). Probably the same bug that closes the Horde portal when the Horde wins.
