I agree, patch 3.1 feels pretty lifeless at the moment. I still try and make it a point to log in outside of raid time every day to do the argent tourney and fishing dailies, just because I'm a completionist, but there's no real EXCITEMENT behind them. They get old very fast. The QD dailies were fun and exciting, because you crammed a bunch of players together in one small spot, and almost forced them to interact. For PvP servers, this brought more world PvP than 4 zone's worth of objectives in Outland ever could. With the argent tourney dailies, the height of my interaction with other players is spending 5 minutes spamming Icecrown general chat with "LFG Threat From Above", and maybe the occasional ganking of an alliance player at Sindragosa's Fall. Not very exciting or enjoyable.

Yea, even on a PVE server it was pretty cut throat on that island. Tons of alliance flagged standing on NPCs to get you killed by guards, flagged alliance baiting you to attack when there were a good 15 of them waiting nearby, guys with instant damage attacks waiting for you to spin an attack so they could hit it for almost no damage and you'd have to fight their mob....Tons of evil went on in that fight, when we were supposed to be helping one another defeat the demons. In Icecrown, not much of a fight, and they are openly at war now in the zone.
