"All I heard was QQ" is internet speak for "I don't agree with you so I'm dismissing what you said instead of pointing out where it's wrong, because that's beyond me." It's what people say when they can't think of anything else.

In other words, it's usually the people calling someone else's point "QQ" who are the complainers.
